Tingly Pico de Gallo

  • 2 medium-sized ripened tomatoes (diced)
  • 15 g white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbps of cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 ½ tbsp of fresh lemon or lime juice
  • ½ tsp of sea salt, (or al gusto)
  • 1 ripe avocado (diced)
  • ½ of a medium-ripe mango (chopped)
  • 4-5 drops of our Tingly Habanero Sauce


Pico de Gallo is a type of fresh salsa that is made from chopped veggies, typically tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and cilantro, but there are many, many ways of making this delicious specialty.

In our version, we've kept it simple by using a few key ingredients, and adding a bit of heat with our Tingly Habanero Sauce.


1. Mix the chopped tomatoes, mango, onions, cilantro and lemon or lime juice.

2. Taste and season with sea salt

3. Add 4-5 drops of our Tingly Habanero Sauce and taste (add more if preferred for additional spice)

4. Gently mix the diced avocado into the mixture and serve. Buen provecho!
