This full-bodied imperial stout is brewed with Mexican organic cacao nibs, Mexican vanilla, and four different types of chili. The ancho and guajillo add a pleasant fruitiness complementing the rich, roasted malts, whereas the árbol and the pasilla mixe add a hint of smoke and earthiness as well as a spicy kick to balance the sweetness.
Enjoy this beer on its own, or try it with a light side dish such as salsa and chips, or tostadas with refried beans.
