The powder is made from a delicious blend of local cacao varieties that have been roasted, giving it a rich flavor and beautiful aroma. Our premium cacao powder is produced by a 150-year-old, family-owned hacienda in Mexico, where cacao powder has been produced for several generations. The powder comes in bags of 200 grams.
