Cuish Mezcal - Tobasiche
This mezcal is made on the semi-cultivated agave tobasiche. Tobasiche (also spelled tobaziche) is a part of the karwinskii family (e.g. madre-cuishe, barril, cuishe) of agaves. The tobasiche variety has a mineral flavor with a slight smoky aftertaste.
The best way to appreciate the unique flavors and aromas of Tobasiche mezcal is by serving at room temperature. We would not recommend drinking on the rocks or mix in cocktails, as the quality of this mezcal justifies drinking itself.
