Our vanilla is a large and robust bean that can easily be used across multiple meals. Cut the vanilla into half (or thirds) and save the remaining pieces in the original packaging. The cut pieces should be used within 1 month. Try using our vanilla beans in your favorite recipes and you will taste and smell the difference. Use them in flan, pastries, strawberry tarts, and ice cream.
