Abraham is also our one of our primary producers - he is the brains behind all those delicious hot sauces you find in our shop. He is a 3rd generation salsa maker, who hails from a family of butchers.
Two generations ago, they decided that they needed to give the customers a great sauce to go along with the meat - and that was how the original Oaxacan sauce was born.
The vinegar used in Abraham's salsas contain fresh fruits from all across Oaxaca. Combining the vinegar with the premium ingredients Abraham finds for his products is what makes his sauces so special. We love working with Abraham, as he not only makes incredible products, but also takes the time and effort to make sure his employees and suppliers receive a fair share of the benefits.
Abraham has since then spent more than a decade perfecting the sauces, where he uses his own secret fruit vinegar recipe - and we just can't get enough!
