The coyote is a rare agave specie known for it’s beauty. The Cortijo Coyote is very light bodied, floral and with hints of burnt citrus fruit. In the flavor it packs more of a punch, with lots of sweetness, but hardly any smoke.
Serving Suggestion
The best way to appreciate the unique flavors and aromas of Coyote mezcal is by serving at room temperature. We would not recommend drinking on the rocks or mix in cocktails, as the quality of this mezcal justifies drinking itself.
