Vicente Cacep is a 4th generation cacao farmer and chocolate producer, and his children will be the 5th generation once they take over the farm.
The Cacep-family farm is an all-organic cacao farm with some of the most amazing and rare cacao beans. Their Criollo Rubio and Criollo Almendra Blanca are known for their intense flavors, and the Criollo Rubio is endemic to this part of Mexico. Vicente employs many people from the surrounding area and villages, and his family has worked to support the community for many generations.
The entire family is involved with the company. His two eldest children, Vicente Jr., and Enrique are both in charge of significant portions of the business.
